Probability Manipulation - Thanks to his multicoloured fur Stroke has a continuous amount of good luck where anything can almost always go his way but only if there's a possibility of it going his way in the first place. 

Luck Protection - Stroke's Tail is covered in a paint-like gel that when painted in a circle protects his allies in a force field that can survive almost anything like explosions, falling buildings etc. 

Enhanced Agility - Stroke's Agility allows him to run, dodge, jump and climb at an inhuman rate. He is highly acrobatic and always lands on his feet.

Water - If he and his paint get soaked it cancels his luck out and has to rely on his other abilities and he can't swim

Overconfident personality - Stroke is very Overconfident and heavily relies on his luck to the point where underestimate opponents stronger or smarter than him which they can easily take advantage of to defeat him.
