Dust Manipulation - Mothball has the ability to generate and control dust/ash to swarm over a large areas as clouds and dust storms.

Puppet Control - He can hypnotise his enemies by guiding dust into them and control their movements.

Spirit Communication - He can also communicate with supernatural spirits of the dead and other forms of ghosts.

Strong Winds - Large wind can nullify his dust powers and scatter it all over the area, his dust can also be breathed by nearby pedestrians and could cause some minor choking if not careful.

Possession Limits - Non-cognitive beings and ones with strong wills can refute his control.

Self Communication - As he is the only one who can communicate with the dead, no one else can see them and must go by his word.

Bright Lights - He is attracted to bright lights and this can distract him.
