Kevin Levin
Description
Kevin Ethan Levin is an eleven-year-old Osmosian/Human hybrid with the ability to absorb energy, matter, and even DNA. He encounters Ben on his summer road trip and the two used their abilities together for fun and vandalism. But once Ben learns that Kevin leans more towards being a criminal and Kevin absorbs energy from the Omnitrix, their friendship became a bumpy ride that ebbs between good and evil.
Personality
After having a rough childhood, Kevin can act cynical and like a delinquent. His DNA absorption brings out his psychotic tendencies greatly. His life of isolation and grit led him to having an untrusting view of the world.
Five Years Later
Description
Over the next five years, Kevin had become both a trusted ally of the Tennysons, and a hero of Earth. Growing his friendship/mentorship with Ben and Max, developing an expert knowledge on the criminal underworld and alien mechanics. As well as a growing attraction to Gwen, blossoming into a supportive relationship.
Personality
Over the next five years, Kevin has become an upstanding citizen and hero with the support of his friends and family. He generally acts sensible, kind, and caring for others. He generally likes to act tough but is a softie at heart. Despite this, he can still act cynical and like a delinquent.

Powers
Kevin powers are very complex. Due to being half Osmosian, he has the ability to absorb energy, matter, and even DNA. Absorbing matter is relatively safe and is his primary power. Absorbing energy makes him lose control a bit, but he can still function normally. But absorbing DNA can result in him mutating horribly and becoming insane.
Abilities
He has extensive knowledge on alien technology, especially for an 11-Year-Old. This knowledge and skill grows with time. Becoming a full blown weapons expert and mechanic at 16. But nothing Galvin because they keep everything a secret (including the Omnitrix). His negotiation and interrogation skills are notable too, working for both the plumbers and the criminal world for dealings.
Trivia
Kevin was born in the Null Void from a human mother and an Osmosian father. He did time in prison due to his father dying early in his life and he had to pay his sentence. He escaped the prison he was kept in and managed to find a way to Earth when he was 10. Since then he joined a human gang that dealt with alien weaponry/technology.
He ran into Ben due to tracking the Omnitrix and played a con to steal it from him. Over time he came to like Ben, but once he absorbed the Omnitrix and had the ability to transform parts of his body into one of Ben’s first 10 aliens, resulting in a crime spree and slight insanity.
After a month, he mutated into an amalgam of Ben’s aliens, going completely insane in the process and getting revenge on those who wronged him. Including his own gang.
After a year of Ben, Gwen and Max constantly fighting and helping, Kevin becomes stable. Only relying on his matter absorption powers, decides to finally betray his gang and become a hero with the team.
Kevin has many friends in the criminal underworld, both human and alien. These include crooks such as Argit, Rojo, Mr Bauman, Looma Red Wind, Raff, and Chadzmuth.
Max took Kevin in since he had no one else to look after him. Living in his motorhome even after their Summer Vacation. He doesn’t attend Ben and Gwen’s school due to his extensive mechanical knowledge and bad behavior.
Kevin’s criminal history was expunged based on glowing recommendations from both Ben and Grandpa Max. His only conditions were that he only absorbed matter, he returns any stolen goods back to the Plumbers, and that he must attend a monthly therapy session with a Galvan psychiatrist.
At the age of 16, Max gifted Kevin with a green and black modified Dodge Challenger. Which is his prized possession that he constantly upgrades with illegal alien technology.
