Body - Humanoid

Seaweed Manipulation/Generation - Kelplume’s body is composed of natural seaweed and kelp. He can grow and control his kelp as vines as well as create large structures out of seaweed.

Regeneration - Kelplume can repair his plant-like body by regenerating wounds and lost limbs.

Healing - Kelplume can use his kelp to heal the wounds of other people by wrapping his seaweed around the injury. The super-nutrients make them heal at fifty times the normal rate.

Magma Bubble Generation - The volcanic vents on his hands and chest can generate bubbles of raw magma. He can let these bubbles float around or shoot them out at a fast rate. They can survive underwater for about a minute before being extinguished.

Underwater Breathing - Kelplume can breathe underwater and swim at a fast rate. His seaweed becomes stronger in water.

Dehydration - If Kelplume is deprived of water, he will dehydrate and become weaker.

Extinguishable Materials - Kelplume’s magma bubbles can be extinguished by large loads of water and similar materials.
